CaddyBook ("we", "us") operates the marketplace at caddybook.asia that connects golfers with verified golf caddies in Batam, Indonesia.

What we collect

When you book or join as a caddy we may collect your name, phone number (including WhatsApp), email address, preferred language, course affiliation, and booking details (date, tee time, party size). Payment card data is not collected — tips are paid in cash to the caddy.

How we use it

We use this information to create and confirm bookings, notify caddies and golfers, improve the marketplace, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
